ABOUT ME

I am Julie Almoneda, experienced 3D Artist with a demonstrated history of working in the game industry for both AAA console, PC and mobile games for 12 years.

 

I have also been able to lead projects and teams in the past for both outsourcing and indie game studios with efficient workflows and able to guide fellow artists with proper feedback while under pressure of providing quality 3D characters and environment assets.

  • Provide optimized models for AAA PBR and stylized 3D assets for Unreal & Unity.

  • Establish efficient 3D workflows from unique, trims, tilable to character customization.

  • Establish workflows for  character make up, armor and costume customization using IDs and material layering in Unity and Unreal Shaders

  • Knowledge on creating custom shaders in Unreal & Unity.

  • Experience on creating game cinematics/trailers in Unreal

  • Has knowledge on setting up character rigs, facial rig, skinning and providing animations.

  • Setup rigged and animated character/creatures in Unreal with full modular and swappable clothing and accessories. 

  • Experience on leading projects and teams with guidance and proper feedback.

  • Keeps up with updated software, techniques and workflows available.
